Yoga

This one hour class is for all levels and focuses on flexibility, strength, and restoration. The goal of this class is to assist in healing the body and promoting recovery, as well as calming the mind after a long week of workouts and daily stressors. This class is a wonderful compliment to your athletic pursuits as it will increase focus, breath capacity, and balance.

What to Expect

This class is designed to help all athletes and improve their flexibility, balance, joint mobility & breath awareness.  Yoga props are used to release tight muscles and to assist in deepening the poses.
